The CEO of Kenward Trust, Penny Williams, makes an appearance on The Leaders Council Podcast alongside Lord Blunkett.
The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is currently in the process of talking to leadership figures from across the nation in an attempt to understand this universal trait and what it means in Britain and Northern Ireland today.
In the podcast, Penny discusses leadership, how Kenward Trust has adapted within the pandemic and our new Day Treatment with host, Scott Challinor before an interview with Lord Blunkett.

Kenward Trust is a charity in Kent that helps those affected by addiction homelessness and crime. Their main residential rehabilitation project, Kenward Therapeutic Community, retains many aspects of the Recovery Model of treatment delivery. Alongside their structured group programme, they also offer a wide range of activities with both therapeutic and skills based training in our Gardens and Workshops, which will allow our residents to take evidence of recognised training skills with them into the workplace. Kenward believe that building the confidence of our residents back up is vital in order to ensure a sustained recovery, whether this be through the rehabilitation programme itself, or through providing education to residents at the skill level relevant to them.
