Private Rehab Clinic
Set within 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds on the edge of the Trough of Bowland, we provide an environment perfectly suited to rehab and recovery — offering time for reflection, and the opportunity to refocus and rebuild your life.
We offer stand-out, medically-managed detox for drug and alcohol addiction issues; high-end in-patient drug and alcohol rehab programmes, with great therapy support; opportunities to build skills and recovery capital through volunteering at our on-site social enterprise; and access to appropriate aftercare and move-on support.
We know everyone is different. So our flexible and person-centred approach allows our dedicated and experienced team to tailor programmes to the needs of the individual — addressing physical, psychological and social needs in a safe and supportive environment.
Our friendly recovery navigators will be happy to guide you through the wide range of options available, to discuss the admissions process, and to provide more information about your stay with us.
Meet the Team
I am Jeanette Hunter, the Registered Manager and Responsible individual at Salus Withnell Hall. My history with this centre began nearly five years ago as a Recovery Coordinator, progressing to Deputy Manager and then two years ago to my current position.
My sustained recovery from addiction for over thirty years gives me honest insight, and I absolutely love being a part of clients recovery journey at Salus Withnell Hall. My role here includes oversight of the Health and Safety requirements of our teams and all clients, which extends to the building and the beautiful grounds that surround us, as well as the governance and administrative functions key to the successful management of the unit.
Every client gets to know me and I provide input to at least one group session each week and am otherwise available as often as my position allows, providing support and a listening ear. I do not want to be known as the uncommunicative “Boss in the office” and go to great lengths to promote inclusivity.
We have a great team here including Max our Recovery Manager, four Recovery Coordinators, two Support Workers, a Healthcare Coordinator, two Chefs, one Housekeeper, and a Groundsman. In addition, our Office Manager, Jo, supports staff and clients with any administration related issues.
Alongside the Rehab facility we have an excellent Detox unit which is run by our partners CAIS and managed by Deborah Maunder a registered nurse with whom we work closely.
